Kai was born in an orphanage, because her parents already knew that she was going to be a forty-ton obese woman. She ended up growing up in there for 15 years, when she escaped and became a poledancer (granted, a very unpopular one) at the local strip club. However, a few days later, she had an "accident" and had to go to the hospital. The doctors took a look at her body and decided to "fix" her by taking huge chunks off of her body until she looked like a photoshopped model.
